Happiness - A Search Or Reality ?

Every body wants to be happy .....Is there any body who does not want to be happy ? I hope "No One". But Again if we ask ..Is there any body who is completely happy ? I hope " Very Few of us".

Just have a look back on life...

When I was a school , I was told to study hard ...to get good marks ...And It will bring happiness..
When I was out of school, I was told to study hard to get good college ...And It will bring Happiness..
When I was in college I was told to study hard to get a Good Job....And It will bring Happiness...

Now I came into job....Now I was told to work hard ..to get promotion there...And It will bring Happiness..
After One year I got promotion ...

And Before I was about to told any further...I thought to wait for  a second and think on that fact that ..

" Where Is my happiness ?"  Now I have got something else....I have to get married and then children ...And the same cycle for my children ...

Am I going to be happy any time ....Or its just like this for every body.

Okay, Now leave me, Come to people around me and have a look how many of them feel happy ?


1. My Office Peon: ( Income 5000 per month)


I asked him about happiness ...He told me he lives in a combined family and its the cause for him and he cant be happy in this situation.

2. My Employee Prakash: ( Income 10000 per month)

I asked him about his happiness. He told me he is not happy because his salary is too low. If he gets some increase in his salary he can be happy .

3. My Friend Rahul: ( Income 40k per month)

I asked him about his happiness, He said he is not fully happy because he has just got married. And he will take some time to set his wife in his family.


If we see above...if somebody has got money he needs something else. If somebody has got family he needs money.

So what is the way out ?

We will have a closer look and note some point here :

• Every body wants to be happy...No doubt in it.
• Every body is looking for happiness Somewhere....It can be money or can be other thing.
• Money cant make you happy as people with money need some other things to be happy.

Now As i go through above points...I come to the two more conclusions


I have been postponing my happiness ....Right ??


More precisely I have been searching it at wrong places?
